1. General provisions
This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) describes the rules and conditions on the basis of which the services of the Easy-Changer exchange service are provided and is an official written public offer addressed to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the User) to enter into an Agreement for the provision of services by the Easy-Changer service. Changer on the terms and conditions set out below.
Before using the services of the Easy-Changer service, the User must fully familiarize himself with the terms of the “Agreement for the provision of services by the Easy-Changer service.”
Use of the Easy-Changer service is possible only on condition that the User accepts all the terms of the Agreement.
The current version of the Agreement is available for public access on the Easy-Changer service website.
2. Terms and definitions used in the Agreement
Easy-Changer Service (Service) is a systеm for providing Internet services for the exchange, sale and purchase of electronic currencies.
Service website – easy-changer.io
User – any individual or legal entity who uses the services of the Easy-Changer Service and has accepted the Agreement in accordance with its terms.
Partner is a person who provides the Service with services to attract Users, the terms of provision of which are described in this Agreement.
Payment systеm is a software product created by a third party, which is a mechanism for implementing the accounting of monetary (electronic money) and/or other obligations, payment for goods and services on the Internet, as well as organizing mutual settlements between users.
The main payment systems under this Agreement are:
Bitcoin, AdvCash, QIWI, Yandex.Money, BTC-E and others. The exact list of Payment Systems is indicated on the Service’s website.
Payment systеm client is a person who has entered into an agreement with the corresponding payment systеm for the acquisition of property rights of claim against it, measured in conventional units accepted in the corresponding payment systеm.
Electronic currency is a monetary and/or other obligation between the developer of a given currency and its user, expressed digitally.
Payment/Transaction – transfer of electronic and/or other currency from the payer to the recipient.
Application is an expression of the User’s intention to use one of the services offered by the Easy-Changer Service by filling out an electronic form through the Service’s website, under the conditions described in the Agreement and specified in the parameters of this Application.
Card verification is checking that the card (or account) belongs to its owner. The conditions for checking ownership are established by the Service and must be carried out once for each new account (card) of the client.
Source currency – electronic currency that the User wishes to sell or exchange.
Source account – wallet number or any other designation of the User’s account in the Payment systеm from which the Source currency was sent.
Received currency – electronic currency that the User receives as a result of the sale or exchange of the Source currency.
Recipient Account – wallet number or any other designation of the User’s account in the Payment systеm to which the Received currency will be sent.
Currency reserve – the amount of a certain Electronic currency available to the Easy-Changer Service at the time of creating the Application.
Currency exchange – exchange of electronic currency of one payment systеm for electronic currency of another payment systеm.
Rate – the cost ratio of two electronic currencies when exchanging them.
Electronic currency reserves – the amount of Electronic currencies or funds available to the Service for performing services. The reserve amounts are indicated on the Service’s website on the main page.
3. Subject of the Agreement and the procedure for its entry into force
3.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of the following services to the User by the Easy-Changer Service:
3.1.1. electronic currency exchange;
3.1.2. sale of electronic currency to the User;
3.1.3. purchase of electronic currency from the User.
3.2. Acceptance (acceptance of the terms) of this Agreement (Offer) is made by the User in the following cases:
3.2.1. Submitting an Application for one of the services offered by the Service;
3.2.2. Registration on the Service website.
3.3. When submitting an Application, acceptance of a public offer is recognized as the User’s taking actions to complete the formation of the Application, confirming his intention to make a transaction with the Service on the terms proposed by the Service. The date and time of acceptance, as well as the parameters of the application conditions are recorded by the Service automatically at the time the application is completed. This Agreement comes into force upon receipt from the User at the details Service of electronic currency or funds in the amount provided for by the parameters of the Application.
3.4. If you register on the Service’s website, this Agreement comes into effect the moment you check the box in front of the words “I agree to the terms of the offer” and click the “Register” button.
3.5. The validity period of the agreement is established indefinitely until the termination of the agreement at the initiative of one of the parties on the conditions specified below.
4. Services and procedure for their provision
4.1. General procedure for the provision of services by the Service
4.1.1. Ordering services through the Easy-Changer Service is carried out by the User by sending an Application through the Service’s website.
4.1.2. Managing the exchange process or obtaining information about the progress of the service by the User is carried out using the appropriate user interface located on the Service’s website.
4.1.3. The Easy-Changer service carries out the execution of Applications on an irrevocable basis in accordance with the operating conditions of the relevant Payment systems. Special conditions for working with some Payment systems are listed below.
4.1.4. The Easy-Changer Service is not responsible for the actions of the Payment systеm to its Client. The rights and obligations of the payment systеm and its Client are governed by the terms of service of the relevant Payment systems.
4.1.5. By using the services of the Easy-Changer Service, the User confirms that he legally owns and disposes of the funds and electronic currency involved in the relevant Payment.
4.1.6. The User undertakes to independently calculate and pay all taxes required in accordance with the tax legislation of the User’s location.
4.2. Electronic currency exchange service
4.2.1. By filling out an Application, the User instructs, and the Easy-Changer Service, on its own behalf and at the expense of the User, performs actions to exchange the Electronic currency of one Payment systеm (Source Currency) for the Electronic Currency of another Payment systеm (Received Currency) selected by the User.
4.2.2. The User undertakes to transfer (transfer) the Source currency in the amount specified in the Application, and the Easy-Changer Service, after receiving the corresponding Electronic currency, undertakes to transfer (transfer) to the User the Received currency, calculated at the Rate and in accordance with the tariffs of the Service.
4.2.3. The amount of remuneration for the Easy-Changer Service is reflected in the Application and is confirmed by the User on one of the pages of the user interface when completing the Application.
4.2.4. The obligation of the Easy-Changer Service to transfer (transfer) Electronic currency to the User is considered fulfilled at the moment the Electronic currency in the corresponding Payment systеm is written off from the account of the Easy-Changer Service, which is recorded in the transaction history of the corresponding Payment systеm.
4.3. Service for selling electronic currency to the User
4.3.1. By filling out an Application, the User instructs, and the Easy-Changer Service, on its own behalf and at the User’s expense, performs actions to purchase and transfer Electronic Currency to the User.
4.3.2. The amount of the Easy-Changer Service remuneration for the specified actions is reflected in the Application and confirmed by the User on one of the pages of the user interface.
4.3.3. Within 24 hours from the moment of receiving funds from the User, in the amount specified in the relevant Application, the Easy-Changer Service is obliged to transfer (transfer) the Received Electronic Currency to the details and in the amount specified by the User in the Application.
4.3.4. The Easy-Changer service has the right to cancel an application for the purchase of Electronic Currency created by the User if payment for such an application has not been received to the service’s current account after 24 hours from the moment such an application was created.
4.3.5. The obligation of the Easy-Changer Service to transfer (transfer) the Received currency to the User is considered fulfilled at the moment the Electronic Currency in the corresponding Payment systеm is written off from the account of the Easy-Changer Service, which is recorded in the transaction history of the corresponding Payment systеm.
4.4. Service for purchasing electronic currency from the User
4.4.1. By filling out an Application, the User instructs, and the Easy-Changer Service, on its own behalf and at the expense of the User, buys electronic currency from the User, and also takes actions to transfer the monetary equivalent to the User in the amount specified in the Application.
4.4.2. Within 24 (Twenty-four) hours from the moment of receipt of the Initial Currency from the User, in the amount specified in the relevant Application, the Easy-Changer Service is obliged to transfer to the User the cash equivalent of the listed Electronic Currency, in the method chosen by the User when submitting the Application.
4.4.3. The amount of the Easy-Changer Service remuneration for the specified actions is reflected in the Application and confirmed by the User on one of the pages of the user interface.
4.3.4. The obligation of the Easy-Changer Service to transfer the monetary equivalent of the transferred Electronic Currency is considered fulfilled at the moment the corresponding amount is written off from the Easy-Cha Service account nger
5. Additional terms of service
5.1. If the User does not receive Electronic currency or funds from the Easy-Changer Service within 24 hours from the moment of making the Application, the Service has the right to cancel such Application when manually processing received payments, and within 1 hour when automatically processing. Electronic currency or funds received after the above period are subject to return to the payer’s details. When making a return, all commission costs for the transfer are made from the funds received at the User’s expense.
5.2. If the User receives Electronic currency or funds from the Easy-Changer Service in an amount different from that specified in the Application, the Service has the right to consider this as the User’s order to recalculate the application according to the actual amount of Electronic currency received. If the rate changes by 2% or more, the Service has the right to change the rate to the current one. If the amount of received Electronic currency or funds differs from that declared by the User by more than 10%, the Service may unilaterally cancel the Application and return the received funds to the payer’s details. When making a refund, all commission costs for transferring funds are made from the received funds at the User’s expense.
5.3. If the Easy-Changer Service fails to comply with the conditions for sending Electronic currency or funds according to the Application to the details specified by the User within 24 hours from the moment the Application is sent, the User has the right to demand the return of Electronic currency or funds in full, except for the cases specified in this Agreement. A request for the return of Electronic currency or funds can be fulfilled by the Service only if, at the time of receipt of such a request, the cash equivalent was not sent to the details specified by the User. An increase in the period for transferring Electronic currency or funds may be caused by the conditions for processing applications of individual Payment systems; in this case, the Service is not responsible and no refund is made.
5.4. The Electronic Currency rate is fixed by the systеm for no more than 18 minutes from the moment the Application is made. If the User makes a payment after 18 minutes, the systеm automatically updates the rate and blocks the ability to create an application. If the creation of an application is blocked, you must create a new application at the current rate, skipping the payment item, and also contact the technical support of the Easy-Changer Service.
In the case of Bank payments, the rate is always updated.
5.5. Special conditions of some Payment systems:
– Bank payments are processed by the Service within 24 hours; if necessary, the Service may require Verification of the client’s card (account);
– If the Application for Bitcoin is completed, no refund is possible;
– If the sent amount of Bitcoin is less than 0.0050 BTC, the money will not be returned
– Bank transfers in the direction of Visa/Mastercard UAH/RUB are credited instantly in most cases, but in some
In cases, it may take up to 5 banking days.
– If when transferring “Bank to Any Direction” you indicated a comment for the payment that is not the same as in the description of the exchange, we have the right to impose a fine of 5% of the credited amount or make a refund with a commission of 5%.
6. Cost of services
6.1. The cost of the Easy-Changer Service is set by the Service management and published on the Service’s website.
6.2. The Easy-Changer Service has the right to independently change the exchange rates of Electronic currencies and charged commissions at any time unilaterally, which it notifies Users of the Service by prior posting information about these changes on the Service’s website.
6.3. The Application created by the User on the Website of the Service indicates the Rate, the amount of commission charged by the relevant Payment systеm for the Transaction, the amount of the Service remuneration, the method of Exchange, as well as the total amount of transferred funds or electronic currency.
6.4. The Easy-Changer Service charges the cost of its remuneration at the time of the relevant Operation.

8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Easy-Changer Service is liable to the User in an amount not exceeding the amount of Electronic currency or funds transferred by the User.
8.2. The Easy-Changer Service is not responsible for malfunctions, errors and failures in the operation of software and/or hardware that ensure the functioning of the Easy-Changer Service services that arose for reasons beyond the control of the Easy-Changer Service, as well as related losses to the User la.
8.3 The Easy-Changer service provides services only for the exchange, purchase and sale of Electronic currencies. Easy-Changer in no way accepts payments in favor of any third parties, and also prohibits transfers to wallets that do not belong to the User. Easy-Changer does not enter into any partnerships or enter into any agreements with recipients of payments for its goods or services.
8.4. The Easy-Changer service is not responsible for the User’s losses resulting from unlawful actions of third parties.
8.5. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information he provided when filling out the Application. If the User does not indicate or incorrectly indicates personal data or payment information, the Easy-Changer Service is not responsible for the User’s losses incurred as a result of the error.
8.6. The user guarantees that he is not involved in:
– money laundering operations;
– receiving income from drug trafficking;
– receiving income from criminal and/or terrorist activities;
– income from trade with countries with which trade is prohibited by international organizations;
– income from any other illegal activity.
8.7. In the event of a delay in the receipt or non-receipt of funds to the details specified by the User, due to the fault of the Payment systеm or bank specified by the User in the Application, the Service does not bear any responsibility for possible damage caused to the User. The User agrees that in this case any claims will be submitted to the Payment systеm or bank, and the Service, in turn, will provide assistance to the User within its capabilities.
8.8. If falsification of communication flows is detected or has any negative impact on the normal operation of the Service’s program code, which is directly or indirectly related to the User’s Application, the execution of the Application by the Service is suspended, and the parameters of the Application are recalculated using funds already received in accordance with the current conditions or, if the User disagrees with the recalculation, return the Electronic currency or funds to the payer’s details.
8.9. The parties are released from liability for complete or partial failure to fulfill their obligations under the Agreement, if this was the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the entry into force of the Agreement, as a result of extraordinary events that could not be foreseen and prevented by reasonable measures.
8.10. In other cases of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the Agreement, the Parties are liable in accordance with the laws of Belize, taking into account the terms of the Agreement.
9. Other conditions
9.1. It is prohibited to use the Easy-Changer Service for fraudulent and illegal transactions.
9.2. The administration of the Easy-Changer Service reserves the right to provide information about payments to law enforcement and other authorities in accordance with the laws of Belize.
9.3. At the request of the Service Administration, the User undertakes to provide identification documents, as well as other information related to payments.
9.4. The User undertakes not to disrupt the operation of the Easy-Changer Service by interfering with its software or hardware, as well as by distorting the parameters transmitted to the Service.
9.5. In case of suspicious actions during the application process by the User, the Easy-Changer service, in order to avoid damage from hacker attacks, has the right to suspend such operations until the reasons for these actions are clarified.
9.6. The Easy-Changer Service has the right to refuse to perform an exchange, purchase and sale of electronic currencies if the transfer of Electronic Currency to the Service account was made without completing an Application using the user interfaces on the Service Website.
Electronic currency transferred to the relevant accounts of the Service, without completing an Application using user interfaces on the Service Website, can be returned to the User upon request, taking into account the deduction of the payment systеm commission.
9.7. The Service Administration has the absolute right to refuse to provide services to any client, without giving reasons.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The parties have entered into this Agreement in electronic form and recognize it as equivalent in legal force to an agreement concluded in writing.
10.2. The Easy-Changer service has the right to unilaterally make changes to the Agreements by publishing changes on the systеm Website. Changes come into force from the moment of publication, unless another period for the changes to come into force is additionally determined upon their publication.
10.3. The Easy-Changer service has the right to send the User information about the status of the exchange process, as well as other information, including advertising, to the e-mail specified by him.
10.4. All disputes and disagreements that have arisen or may arise from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations on the basis and a written statement from the User. Either Party has the right to seek resolution of the dispute in court at the location of the Service.
Information on the site, including graphic images, text information, program codes, etc. is the property of Easy-Changer and is protected by copyright laws. Each case of unauthorized copying (full or partial) can be prosecuted within the framework of current legislation.
The User confirms that he has read all the provisions of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them, otherwise the User does not have to use the Easy-Changer Service.
